Participants of CHARM 2015 have a wide variety of options for accommodations. We recommend three main options, WSU Yousif B. Ghafari Hall, Inn on Ferry Street, and the Hotel St. Regis. There are also other nice hotels in the area (suggested below), however, free shuttle service is not available from these hotels to WSU.


Yousif B. Ghafari HallWSU Campus (cut-off date is 1 May 2015)

  • There are 50 rooms reserved at the rate of $23.00 per night, plus $12.00 additional fees. Overnight parking is also available at $7.25 per night.
  • Note that participants who wish to stay at Ghafari must prepay their accommodations through the conference registration form.  No on-site payment option is available.

The Hotel St. Regis is the most inviting landmark hotel near downtown Detroit.
